Excellent Hotel Experience
helpful doormen comfortable bed attentive staff
The doormen, Danny, Paul, and Mohammed, were immediately helpful upon arrival. Our room was beautiful and featured a very comfortable bed. I enjoyed a welcome negroni after shopping. Breakfast in abc was delicious and the staff, led by antonio, were very attentive. I look forward to my next trip.
There was no door on the shower. I felt cold because of that.

I had a delicious breakfast. The abc restaurant on the ground floor is delicious for breakfast and dinner too. The hotel has perfect food and beverage offerings.

inadequate toiletries unclear breakfast
the shower was not very hot i don't understand that open plan bathroom layouts included no doors to shower or toilet i prefer more privacy. breakfast was also unclear about what was included the waiter said 'we will work it out' which wasn't reassuring. basic toiletries were missing upon arrival i think a hotel like this should provide more luxury toiletries not big bars of soap probably used by previous guests
